Returns and Exchanges

Carrington Kids offer refunds within 7 days of the shipping date. FULL PRICED items can be returned within this timeframe for store credit or for a refund to the method of payment. Product must be returned in as-new condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these terms are not met.

FULL PRICED item/s can be exchanged for size or colour only, not for another product. If the preferred size or colour is not available, a customer may request a refund to the method of payment or to store credit.

If a customer would like to exchange for a completely different style, please advise our customer service team, use the online return system and post item back as per usual. Upon return of your original item, we will issue you with a store credit that you can use towards the purchase of the new style online.

SALE ITEMS can be exchanged for colour, size or STORE CREDIT only.

Beyond 7 days and up to 21 days from the shipping date, we offer exchanges or returns for store credit only.

Please note the return policies of individual stores may differ so always check the Returns policy on the each individual product page before you make your purchase.
